  • Shift: Days, Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4:30 pm
  • Average Patients Per Day: 30 outpatientKey Requirements
    • Licensure: Active IN State License or IMLC with LOQ
    • Board Certification: AMBS/AOA required
    • Certifications: BLS required
    • Experience: Commitment to long-term assignment (minimum 6 months)
    • Vaccination: Required
