Job Summary
  • Position: Emergency Medicine Physician
  • Duration: 91 days
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Care Setting: Outpatient, Urgent Care
  • Shifts: Up to 24 shifts per month
  • Shift Details: 12-hour shifts on weekdays, 8-hour shifts on weekends
  • Patient Encounters: 36-48 per shift
  • Support Staff: Medical assistants, scribes, rad techs Key Requirements
    • Licensure: Active state license required
    • Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible in FM, EM, or Med/Peds
    • Certifications: Current BLS from AHA
    • Experience: Must show proof of 50 patient encounters in the last 12 months
    • Skills: Comfortable with minor procedures, EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
    • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90 days Become an ICON:
