Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for long-term locum tenens coverage. This is a stable, ongoing assignment designed to support a well-established urology service line.
The schedule follows a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation, consisting of:
- 4 clinic days per week
- 1 OR day per week
- Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- No call required
Practice Setting - Mix of Outpatient clinic and Inpatient hospital care
- Assigned patient rounding required
- Approx. 20 patients per shift
- Department beds: 25
- Support staff includes RN, MA, PA/NP, and office staff

Required Skills & Procedures - General Urology (Adult)
- Ureteroscopy
- TRUS biopsies
- ESWL (Shock Wave Lithotripsy)
- Incontinence procedures
- Prostate procedures
- Nephrectomy (open/laparoscopic/partial)
- Advanced endoscopic techniques
- Robotic surgery experience preferred
Credentialing & Requirements - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
- Completion of ACGME/AOA-accredited residency required
- Minimum recent procedural experience required
- Active or eligible for state medical licensure
- ACLS certification required
- Credentialing timeframe: 30 days
- Temporary privileges available
