Position Overview As a Pathologist, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and guiding patient care across a diverse hospital system. This position offers a stable weekday schedule, balanced call rotation, and the opportunity to work alongside highly skilled clinicians in a supportive environment.
Schedule & Call - Day Shift: Monday Friday
- Call Coverage: Shared across the hospital system
- Call Rotation: 1 week every 7 weeks
Key Responsibilities - Interpret and diagnose a wide range of pathology specimens
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams across multiple specialties
- Provide timely and accurate pathology reports to support patient care decisions
- Participate in multidisciplinary discussions and case reviews
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Qualifications - MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pathology (within 5 years of residency completion)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team-based environment
Compensation - Salary Range: $104,000 $1,404,000 (based on experience, training, and role scope)
