- Fac 2 (Greely): 4 days/week; Flexible

• Call Schedule: TBD; Shared Call

- Minimal weekdays & weekends

• Call Ratio: Minimal call shared w/ 13 other clinicians & 2 oncology hospitalists.

• Physicians in Practice:

- Fac 1: 9

- Fac 2: 3

• Support Staff:

- Fac 1: 8 APPs & Support staff

- Fac 2: 3 APPs

• EMR: Epic

• Duties/Responsibilities:

- Providing direct patient care for individuals with various types of cancer and hematological disorders, including leukemia, lymphoma & myeloma.

- Manage all forms of cancer with a focus on breast oncology and gynecologic medical oncology

- Participate in high-level tumor boards and collaborate with Surgical GYN Oncology

- Conduct & contribute to extensive clinical research in breast cancer



Requirements:

• Active CO License or willing to obtain

• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 yrs of residency)

• Active DEA

• Clean record (highly preferred)

• NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active)
