  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • ARRT certification
    Schedule Information
  • 36 weekly hours
  • Shift: 10:00 - 22:00
  • Every other weekend requirement
  • Holiday requirement: Any holiday that falls during regularly scheduled shift

  • Ascension Resume required for submission
  • Signed Assignment Agreement required for onboarding
  • Ascension Core Competencies to be completed within a year of start, updated every 3 years
  • Ascension Medical Imaging Contract Worker Onboarding Education Attestation required for onboarding
  • Ascension Badge Photo required for onboarding
  • MMR vaccination or immunity required, no declinations accepted
  • Fit Test required for all travelers, preferred prior to start
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series completion or declination documentation required
  • Influenza vaccine optional, with mask requirement if declined during flu season
  • Positive PPD requires negative chest X-ray and annual TB questionnaire
  • Health Statement or physical exam required prior to first assignment, updated annually
  • Driver's License/State ID must be current and match address on file
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA required prior to start, with annual TB questionnaire updates
  • Varicella vaccination or immunity required, no declinations accepted
  • Tdap vaccination valid for 10 years required, no declinations accepted
  • Ascension Profile (resume) required for submission
  • Two professional references required prior to first assignment
  • Criminal background check including multiple searches required for onboarding, updated annually
  • EPLS check required within 90 days of start, rerun if break in service >90 days
  • Ascension Skills Checklist to be completed within one year of start, updated annually
  • 12 Panel Drug Screen required within 30 days prior to start, updated annually
  • Education verification relevant to clinical work required within 90 days of start
  • Confirmation of Assignment required upon initial assignment and updates
  • Employment verification for past seven years required, updated annually
  • Hiring Manager Evaluation optional post-assignment
  • Legal documentation of name change optional
