Job description

  • Specialty:
    • Primary Care
    • Can take ABIM only
  • Coverage Needs:
    • Need June 1 - Ongoing
    • Open to Locums to Perm
  • Shifts:
    • Monday - Friday 1pm-5pm
    • Open to a 4 day work week
  • Setting:
    • Outpatient facility
    • Fully resident run
    • Adults only 18+
    • Will work in a preceptor role
  • Census:
    • 18-25 pts per day
  • Support Staff:
    • One other Physician
    • 5 or 6 residents
  • Procedures:
    • All bread and Butter primary care
    • Will be teaching and supervising residents
  • Board Certification:
    • Board Certified Required
  • Travel:
    • Facility will cover
  • Credentialing timeline:
    • Will be bale to start by Mid June
  • Requirements:
    • Active CT state license
    • Active DEA in CT or willing to transfer
    • BLS
