Physician Assistant
Location: Near Monterey, CA
Overview:
Our outpatient practice is seeking our Physician Assistant to serve as our solo provider in a full-time clinical setting. Our role offers a consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends while providing urgent care and occupational medicine services in a structured outpatient environment.
Position Offers:
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Solo provider role
- No nights or weekends
- Competitive compensation: $150,000 $187,000 annually with future productivity bonus potential

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients requiring urgent care and occupational medicine services
- Manage eye injuries, orthopedic injuries, and other acute conditions
- Perform suturing, joint injections, and other minor procedures
- Conduct occupational health evaluations, including DOT-related services
- Develop treatment plans and accurately document patient encounters
- Provide independent, full-scope outpatient clinical care
- Manage routine sick visits and standard urgent care cases
Qualifications:
- Active California Physician Assistant license
- Willingness to obtain DOT certification
- Experience in urgent care, occupational medicine, or outpatient care preferred
- Ability to work independently as a solo provider
