Job Requirements•Current New York State certification/registration as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA). •Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. •Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations while demonstrating leadership when appropriate. •Knowledge of current and emerging neurosurgical technologies, techniques, and best clinical practices. •Strong understanding of patient safety, quality assurance, and infection prevention standards. •Knowledge of health promotion, risk assessment, patient education, and preventive care principles. •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
