Practice Overview:
- EMR Platform Epic
- Outpatient Care at The Longstreet Clinic Gainesville
- Established practice with four physicians and five advanced practitioners
- Hours 8am to 5pm with option for 4/10
- Treating patients ages 16 years old and up for acute visits, preventative medicine, and managing chronic illnesses
- Access to lab, imaging services, and EKG
- Proximity to specialists onsite
- No call
- Caring for patients in a growing community
Working together with Advanced Practitioners like you:
- Family Medicine Certified Licensed Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant
- Passion for quality and patient care
- At least two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred
- Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives
