Job description

  • Specialty: CRNA
  • Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Level 3 trauma center
  • Dates/Schedule: Beginning ASAC - FT for 3 months with option to extend. The schedule offers 8 and/or 10's between Monday-Friday. Days with call options.
  • Case Mix: General cases, OB listed and could include some Peds ENT cases. No hearts.
  • # of OR's: 15 OR's and 4 endo suites and service to other specialty areas
  • Support Staff/Supervision: Supervised model
  • Credentialing Time Frame: 60-90 days
  • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
  • Active MN License: Yes, must be licensed in MN or IMLC to be presented
  • Flights/Lodging/Rental Car or Mileage: YesThe Independence Difference:
