Job description

  • Specialty: Pediatric Anesthesiologist
  • Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Department. Trauma level 1 - cardiac burn, peds. 466 bed facility.
  • Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC + ongoing. Typical shift will be 7 am - 3:30 pm, but could be 7 am - 5 pm or 7 am - 7 pm. No weekends, nights, 24hr call, in-house or beeper call.
  • Case Mix: General cases on kids 2 days to 2 years old. Hernias, pyloric stenosis, ENT
  • Support Staff/Supervision: We have CRNAs that are typically supervised at a 1:4 max ratio. Care team model.
  • Certifications: Must be Board Certified with a Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesiology
  • Credentialing Time-Frame: 60-90 days
  • Active VA License: RequiredThe Independence Difference:
