Overview:

St. Mary s Healthcare is actively seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in Adult Reconstruction, Total Joint Replacement, and/or Bone & Joint Surgery to join our growing orthopedic team. This is an exciting opportunity to build a thriving practice focused on hip, knee, and shoulder conditions while working alongside a collaborative team of orthopedic specialists, advanced practice providers, rehabilitation professionals, and support staff.

As part of our expanding orthopedic service line, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care utilizing advanced surgical techniques and evidence-based treatment approaches. This role offers state-of-the-art technology and the support needed to develop a successful, patient-centered practice.

  • Full-time, hospital-employed position
  • Strong referral base from an extensive primary care and specialty network
  • High-demand orthopedic service line with consistent case volume & growth opportunities.
  • Collaborative orthopedic team including fellowship-trained specialists and APP support
  • State-of-the-art facilities equipped with advanced imaging, rehabilitation services, and the Da Vinci XI Robotic Surgery System

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base Salary - $775K - $850K (commensurate with experience)
  • Competitive compensation package, including base salary + sign-on bonus and performance incentives.
