Board Eligible/Board Certified Palliative Care (Internal or Family Medicine) Physician to join a team to meet the growing demands for Hospice and Palliative Care services.

• Full-time schedule; average of 2 clinic days / week depending on volume
• Rotating weeknights and weekend call for inpatient only: 1:4
• Average outpatient volume: 5 - 6 patients / week
• Average inpatient volume: 6 patients / day
• National Catholic Bioethics certification provided
• Collegial team of specialists
• Onsite chaplain and social worker
