- Weekly Estimated Pay: $5,880 - $6,960
- Schedule: Fixed clinic schedule Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Call Coverage: Approximately 10 days per month, including weekend call rotation
- Coverage Types: Clinic only, clinic plus call, or weekend call only
- Start Date: 5/9/2026
- Duration: Ongoing
- Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
- Certification Required: PALS
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in pediatrics or a related clinical setting
- Board certification in Pediatrics highly preferred
- Active physician credentials and ability to meet privileging requirements
- Experience with newborn care and pediatric inpatient coverage preferred
- Ability to manage clinic-based care and participate in a rotating call schedule
- Comfort with pediatric procedures such as intubation, ventilation management, and circumcision
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, patient-centered approach
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality outpatient pediatric care in a scheduled clinic setting
- Participate in call coverage, including weekend support as scheduled
- Deliver care for newborns and pediatric patients, including inpatient coverage when needed
- Support newborn ventilation and intubation procedures when clinically indicated
- Attend C-sections and high-risk deliveries as required
- Collaborate with on-site support staff and local clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Document all overtime and callback hours accurately and promptly
