Job Title: Family Medicine Physician with OB (MD/DO)

Location: Missouri

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics (MD/DO) to join a progressive, provider-focused organization where physicians are key stakeholders in clinical and operational decision-making. This opportunity offers full-spectrum Family Medicine with optional Obstetrics in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive primary care across all age groups.
  • Deliver prenatal, obstetrical, and postpartum care (optional but encouraged).
  • Perform routine outpatient procedures and preventive care services.
  • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR.
  • Optional: Perform hospital-based procedures for additional compensation.

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with completion of Family Medicine residency.
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
  • OB experience preferred or willingness to include obstetrics.
  • Active Missouri medical license (or ability to obtain).
  • DEA certification (or eligible).

Schedule:

  • Full-time

Compensation:

  • Guaranteed base salary for all new physicians.
  • Bottom-line productivity-based compensation model with a strong bonus structure.
  • Physicians are consistently among the top earners in their specialty.
  • Average Salary Range (Missouri Family Medicine with OB): $280,000 $420,000+
    • Higher earnings possible based on OB volume, RVUs, and hospital procedures.
  • Additional income available through optional inpatient and procedural work.
