- Day-shift schedule with Q3 call rotation (1:3)
- Fast-tracked credentialing for ASAP starts ( 90 days standard)
- Established team: 3 IR physicians + 2 APPs
- Onsite lodging available if needed
- Travel providers considered if covering 2-3+ weeks/month
- Level I trauma facility
Assignment Details- Start: ASAP, ongoing
- Schedule: Day-shift with Q3 call coverage (every third weekday and every third weekend)
- Call ratio: 1:3
- Volume: 8 cases/day
- Setting: Hospital-based IR, Level I trauma
- Patient population: primarily adult and geriatric
- Support: 3 IR physicians, 2 APPs, IR manager
- Credentialing: 90 days standard (fast-track available for ASAP needs)
- Onsite lodging available
Clinical Details- Hospital-based interventional radiology
- Required procedures: angioplasty, stent placement, embolization, needle biopsy, thrombolysis, UFE (uterine fibroid embolization)
- Additional case mix: ortho, GYN, urology cases
Requirements- Board Certified in Interventional Radiology
- Active Michigan license (IMLC and compact licenses NOT accepted)
- BLS, ACLS
- Clean malpractice and license history preferred
- Self-query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
- Local providers preferred (mileage reimbursement only); travel providers considered with 2-3+ weeks/month commitment
Compensation- Rate negotiable, open to your number
