Assignment Details- Dates: July 20 - December 31, 2026
- Schedule: Clinic Mon-Fri 8a-4p plus night/weekend call (phone consults only)
- Commitment: full-time preferred; will consider 2 providers splitting 2 weeks/month each
- Call: Beeper, 30-min response, 1 phone consult per call period (no on-site required)
- Volume: 20-30 patients/shift
- Setting: Inpatient + outpatient, Level 2 trauma
- Support: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 5 imaging staff
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 30 days (urgent)
- Nearest airport: CWA (Central Wisconsin)
Clinical Details- Maternal-fetal medicine - clinic and call
- Preferred scope: full MFM including pregnancy-induced hypertension/HELLP, diabetes (Type I/II/gestational), cardiac/pulmonary/renal/neurological/autoimmune disorders, multiple gestations, placenta previa/abruption, VBAC, vaginal breech, instrument-assisted deliveries, amniocentesis, cervical cerclage, intrauterine transfusion, ultrasound (Level II and echo), fetal blood sampling, chorionic villus sampling
Requirements- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- MFM Fellowship
- License: open to any state (WI obtained during credentialing via Act 10)
- BLS
- Active DEA
Compensation- Rate negotiable, open to your number
