Locums Maternal-Fetal Medicine Marshfield, WI (any state license accepted)Why This Role

- Defined 6-week assignment (medical leave coverage)
- Light volume: 1-2 inpatients, 10 clinic patients, 10 ultrasounds/day
- Strong support team: 3 APPs, 4 RNs, 2 MAs, 3 office staff
- Board-eligible accepted
Assignment Details- Dates: August 18 - October 2, 2026 ( 6 weeks)
- Schedule: Clinic + inpatient coverage with pager call nights and weekends (unrestricted)
- Call: Beeper, 15-min response, 1:2 ratio
- Volume: 1-2 inpatients/day, 10 clinic patients/day, 10 ultrasounds/day; 1-2 admissions per shift
- Setting: Outpatient + inpatient, Level 2 trauma
- Support: 3 APPs (supervision required), 4 RNs, 2 MAs, 3 office staff
- EMR: Cerner
- Credentialing: 60 days (temp privileges available)
- Nearest airport: Central Wisconsin (CWA)
- In-person coverage only - no telehealth
Clinical Details- Maternal-fetal medicine coverage - clinic, inpatient, and call
- Required scope: pregnancy-induced hypertension (including HELLP), diabetes (Type I, II, gestational), cardiac disorders (Class II+), pulmonary, renal, neurological, autoimmune, hematologic/oncologic disorders, collagen vascular disease, VBACs, vaginal breech delivery, placenta previa/abruption, multiples gestation, vaginal and c-section deliveries, instrument-assisted delivery, amniocentesis, cervical cerclage, intrauterine transfusion, multifetal pregnancy reduction, Level II/targeted ultrasound, fetal echocardiography, fetal blood sampling, chorionic villus sampling
Requirements- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
- License: any state accepted (WI obtained during credentialing via Act 10)
- Active DEA
Compensation- Rate negotiable, open to your number
