If you're looking for stable work, competitive pay, strong benefits, major shop tools provided, and opportunities for long-term career growth, we'd like to talk with you.What You'll DoPerform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial trailersComplete preventative maintenance servicesRepair and maintain brake systems, air systems, lighting systems, landing gear, and trailer doorsPerform chassis repairs and light truck repairsTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesComplete major trailer body repairs, including panel replacement and rail repairsPerform welding repairs as neededMaintain accurate repair documentationFollow all safety procedures and shop standards What We're Looking ForRequiredMinimum 3 years of trailer repair, diesel repair, fleet maintenance, or heavy equipment repair experienceExperience performing preventative maintenance and repairsValid driver's licenseAbility to safely lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsDependable attendance and punctualityPreferredDiesel engine experienceWelding experienceHeavy equipment experienceFarm equipment repair experienceRV trailer repair experienceExperience operating forklifts or other heavy equipmentWhy Join AAA Truck & Trailer Services?
