Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and train primary care providers (PCPs), ensuring clinical quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Provide direct patient care for acute and chronic conditions, manage complex cases, and collaborate with specialists as needed
• Lead and support care teams, including medical assistants and coordinators, while partnering with hospitalists and transitional care teams
• Conduct weekly meetings, support center operations, and assist with recruiting and patient outreach initiatives
Education & Experience:
• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or a related specialty
• Board eligibility required; board certification preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a geriatric or family practice setting
• Leadership experience preferred, particularly within ChenMed
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to travel locally and occasionally regionally
