  • Case Types: Bread & Butter General Surgery only!
  • Supervision & Solo
  • Credentialing Timeframe: Within 30 days


Available Dates:
  • June 2-6 (7a-3p)
  • June 9-13 (7a-5p)
  • Weeknight call available (5p-7a)
  • June 16-20 (7a-3p)
  • June 30-July 4 (7a-3p)
  • 24 hour weekend call available July 5 & 6
  • July 21-25 (7a-5p)
  • Weeknight call available 5p-7a every night (call is not req if the doc wants the day shifts)
  • 24 hour weekend call available July 19 & 20
  • July 28-Aug 1 (7a-3p)
  • August 4-8 (7a-5p)
  • Weeknight call available 5p-7a every night (call is not req if the doc wants the day shifts)
  • 24 hour weekend call available Aug 2 & 3
  • August 11-15 (7a-3p)
  • 24 hour weekend call available Aug 15 & 17
  • August 25-29 (7a-3p)
  • 24 hour call available Aug 30 & 31


2nd Site:
  • All Ages, Some Peds
  • Case Types: All cases - OB, CV, Urol, Ortho, Trauma, Heads
  • Level 2 Trauma
  • Support Staff available: CRNAs
  • Credentialing Timeframe: Within 30 days

  • May 12-16 (7a-3p)
  • Weeknight call required every night this week
  • 24 hour weekend call available May 17 & 18
  • May 19-23 (7a-3p)
  • Weeknight call required May 20 & 22
  • May 26-30 (7a-3p)
  • Weeknight call required May 26, 28, 30
  • June 2-6 (7a-3p)
  • Weeknight call required every night this week
