  • August - 24hr w/ office: 8/4-8/6, 8/12, 8/18-8/19, 8/27-8/28
    • August - 24hr only: 8/1-8/2, 8/13, 8/29-8/30

Clinical Details

• Practice Setting: Office and Hospital/Call for OB-GYN
• Average Number of Scheduled Patients Per Day: 25-30
• Number of Physicians in Practice: 4 (1 on leave) and 5 midwives
• Support Staff: One-on-one clinical staff support per provider (CMA, LPN, RN)
• Onsite Lab & Ultrasound
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Trauma Level: Level 2
• Nursery Level: NICU Level III
• Low Risk Pregnancy: 90%; High Risk Pregnancy: 10%
• GYN Practice: 20%
• Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day: 1-4, depending on case time required
• Percentage of Patients C-Section: 10%

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Active VA license (or willing to obtain)
• Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation
• BLS/ACLS certification
• Provider must be local; only mileage is reimbursed
• Clean MP - Highly Preferred
