The Production Associate helps with daily manufacturing and packaging tasks. This includes gathering materials, running production lines, inspecting products, and keeping work areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and stage materials for production
  • Fill, label, seal, and package bottles and products
  • Follow written procedures and batch records
  • Check products for defects and accuracy
  • Keep workstations clean and organized
  • Follow safety and sanitation rules
  • Work well with team members
  • Ask questions when unsure or need help
  • Look for ways to improve processes

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Able to read and follow instructions
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable and team-oriented
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for long periods
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Bend, reach, and use step ladders
  • Work in both climate-controlled and warehouse areas

Work Environment

  • Warehouse and production setting
  • May be exposed to noise, dust, and temperature changes
