She Recruits is partnering with a major regional health system in Southwest Louisiana seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join an established, high-performing orthopedic group.
This opportunity offers immediate trauma volume and access to a strong referral base of 50+ employed primary care providers.
What You ll Do:
Cover approximately 10 trauma call days per month
Manage high-impact trauma cases within a Level III Trauma Center
Perform complex fracture and trauma reconstruction procedures
Collaborate with ED and surgical teams
Utilize EPIC EMR
Work with strong nursing and ancillary support
Access onsite physical therapy
