Front Office Supervisor

We're seeking an experienced and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection.

In this role, you'll help lead the Front Office team in delivering seamless arrival and departure experiences while ensuring every guest interaction reflects the standards of a world-class lifestyle hotel. You'll support daily operations, coach team members in real time, and help create the rhythm and culture of the front office from day one.

Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection is an exciting new lifestyle boutique hotel opening in September 2026 in Rogers, Arkansasand we're building an exceptional opening team to bring it to life.

Requirements

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Previous hotel front office or guest services experience required.
  • Supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
  • Marriott or Autograph Collection experience is a plus.

Qualifications, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage guest flow in real time.
  • Proficiency with hotel PMS systems preferred.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills.
