Job Description
- Manage all phases of ground-up retail construction projects from planning through closeout
- Develop and control project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Oversee subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration
- Coordinate with field teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues impacting cost or schedule
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications
- Maintain strong communication across project teams and stakeholders

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years' experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, with ground-up retail experience required
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and scheduling
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) preferred
