T3C Service Package Coordinator

The T3C Service Package Coordinator manages service package processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams, providers, and stakeholders to support service delivery and adherence to DFPS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service package transitions, updates, renewals, and expirations
- Monitor compliance and maintain accurate data across multiple systems (Impact, ECAP, Webfaces)
- Track provider credentialing progress and support readiness requirements
- Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve service capacity
- Review and process service package changes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support financial reconciliation and identify payment or system inconsistencies
- Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness
- Serve as a primary point of contact for providers and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred)
- Experience in child welfare, foster care, or provider operations preferred
- Knowledge of DFPS systems or service package processes is a plus
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver's license (if driving for agency business)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
