We're looking for a Job Permit Coordinator to join our Production Department and help keep our projects running smoothly from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and dependable, who enjoys keeping things organized and supporting both customers and crews in the field.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and track permit applications from submission to completion.
  • Build and submit permit packets accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate project details, ensuring all materials, inspections, and documentation are in order.
  • Schedule and confirm inspections with local building departments.
  • Organize job files and photos in our digital system.
  • Provide customer service and communication between the production team, inspectors, and homeowners.
  • Order materials and coordinate deliveries as needed.
  • Occasionally visit job sites to drop off materials, pick up permits, or assist with project logistics.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and digital tools to manage project data.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and respectfulsomeone the team can count on.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional permit or site trips).
  • Prior experience in roofing, construction, or permitting is a plusbut not required if you're a fast learner!
