    • Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations

  • Gynecology:

    • Surgical Gynecology Open

    • Laparoscopic (Tubal Ligation, Diagnostic/Minor)

    • Major/Operative GYN (Ectopic, Ovary Removal, Cystectomy, LOA)

    • Office GYN (IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, Cryosurgery, LEEP)

Submission Requirements

  • Board Certification: REQUIRED

  • New Jersey License: Highly Preferred (or willingness to obtain)
