Qualifications:
- License requirements: IL license
- Certification requirements: Board Certified
- Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.)
Job Summary:
- Shift times: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 5pm CST
- Call Details (if applicable): N/A
- Case types (if applicable): General, MSK/Neuro
- Additional details: 70 RVU's per shift
- Additional Details: Annual Volume - 12,600
- EMR: Epic
