Additional information about OT dept: 3 OTs on staff, 1 CoTA, OT do not float, typically 7 completed sessions daily (typically evaluations), Therapist s discretion based on needs and tolerance of : Required Skills & Experience: -Two years of experience working as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care setting. -Able to perform patient evaluations with use of appropriate functional tests/measures and demonstrates the ability to assimilate objective measures along with social factors, medical stability, activity restrictions, participation limitations or other relative comorbidities to determine functional deficits and construct short term goals, long term goals and patient/family goals with an appropriate frequency and duration in order to establish the therapy diagnosis and appropriate plan of care
