Job description

FM/IM - Indiana

  • Work Dates Needed:ASAP-9/7/2026 with possible extension
  • Preferred Schedule: Tuesday Thursday 7am 6pm and Fridays 8am 7pm; Saturday rotation 8am 12pm (once every 6 -8 weeks)
  • Worksite Setting: Outpatient Health Clinic
  • Scope of Work: Acute Care/Primary Care. 2+
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Board Certified preferred, but will consider Board Eligible FM or IM, active IN license, IN CSR, BLS, DEA. Must be able to see ages 2+
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Pay Rate Preferred: $120-$130 per hour
