Job description

Jefferson Health is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery to join our growing, high-volume academic trauma program at our Level II Trauma Center. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a dynamic, collegial environment with the support of a fully accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program.

Job Description
  • Dedicated trauma and block OR time Monday-Friday
  • Postoperative clinic and resident support provided
  • Approximately 320 operative cases per year
  • Excellent infrastructure and collaboration across trauma, orthopedics, anesthesia, and critical care teams

Qualifications
  • M.D. or D.O. degree
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred
  • Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
  • Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
  • Commitment to education, research, and excellence in patient care
