Start Date: ASAP
Length of Assignment: 3 months (potential to extend)
Schedule: 8A 8P, 3x12-hour shifts (schedule TBD)
Credentialing: Expedited to meet start date
Patient Volume: Approximately 36 patients per day
Procedures: Basic urgent care including incision and drainage, suturing, X-ray and EKG interpretation, immunizations, wound and infection management, and lab studies. Radiologist available for final X-ray interpretation.
Setting: Outpatient
EMR: Experity (urgent care-specific EMR with training provided)
Licence Needed: Maine required (New Hampshire license can be obtained after start)
Certifications: DEA, BLS (DOT certification preferred but not required)

Fast-paced outpatient urgent care opportunity seeking an experienced NP or PA comfortable serving as the lead provider in the clinic. Providers should have at least one year of recent Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience and be confident managing a broad range of acute conditions independently. Full on-site support staff and comprehensive EMR training are provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Multiple locations are available throughout Maine and New Hampshire, offering the opportunity to experience New England's scenic coastline, mountains, charming small towns, and abundant year-round outdoor recreation.
