Locum General Dentist 4 6 Week Assignment (Option to Extend) Travel Available
We are seeking a General Dentist for a locum tenens opportunity at a well-established, patient-focused practice in Amity, AR. This is a great short-term assignment with strong support and the potential to extend.
Assignment Details:
- Start Date: Late July or early August
- Duration: 4 6 weeks (with option to extend an additional 2 4 weeks)
- Schedule: Monday Thursday
- Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Patient Volume: patients per day
- Patient Mix: All ages
Scope of Work:
- Composite fillings
- Extractions
- Exams and treatment planning
- Hygiene checks
- Emergency care
- Pediatric fillings and extractions
Practice Environment:
- Established practice with a long-standing patient base
- Team includes dental assistants, a hygienist, and front office support
- Emphasis on biological/holistic dentistry philosophy
Requirements:
- Active state dental license
- BLS required
- PALS preferred
- DEA preferred but not required
