Position Summary SIP Manufacturing is seeking a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance, facilities, utilities, sanitation, reliability, and capital project activities for our beverage manufacturing facility operating aluminum can, glass bottle, and PET bottle production lines. This role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability and plant uptime while developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, managing facility infrastructure, supporting major maintenance activities, and building a high-performing maintenance organization. As a member of the plant leadership team, this individual will partner closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and EHS to support safety, quality, service, and operational excellence. Prior maintenance leadership experience in beverage manufacturing is required. Candidates must have demonstrated success supporting beverage production equipment, maintenance systems, and reliability programs in a food-safe manufacturing environment. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in:Mechanical EngineeringIndustrial EngineeringElectrical EngineeringRelated Technical Discipline Experience8+ years of progressive maintenance and facilities leadership experience.5+ years leading maintenance teams in a high-speed manufacturing environment.Beverage manufacturing experience required.Proven experience managing shutdowns, capital projects, and equipment commissioning.Strong understanding of reliability-centered maintenance and asset management principles.
