Lehrman, Villegas, Chinery & Douglas, LLC (LVCD) has an immediate need for litigation associates for its Los Angeles office. LVCD has a thriving practice that provides defense to vehicle manufacturers and distributors in business litigation, breach of warranty matters, in both State and Federal courts. We regularly take matters to trial for our clients and have an excellent track record. The ideal candidate should have experience with all or most phases of civil litigation, including responding to discovery, handling discovery disputes, taking and defending depositions, mediation, researching and drafting motions, preparing trial documents, and court appearances. The right candidate will have opportunities to participate in trials, including 2nd chair and possible 1st chair responsibilities. LVCD embraces a collegial environment and strives to help its attorneys with professional growth and skills. All inquiries will be held in strict confidence. Compensation commensurate with experience. Hybrid/remote work is available, however working in the office may be required on occasion during trial preparation. Pay commensurate with experience but can range from $140,000 - $200,000+.
