Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care under physician collaboration
- Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order/interpret diagnostics and create individualized care plans
- Coordinate care with specialists and document accurately in the EMR
Requirements
- Active NP licensure
- 1+ years primary care experience preferred
- Strong communication, critical-thinking, and patient-relationship skills
- EMR proficiency and team-oriented mindset
