Hematology Oncology Locums Job in Oregon Days Beginning June 5, 2026 - Ongoing Assignment

June 5 - December 31
Full-time coverage (4 weeks per month)
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 6-8 weeks
Shift Details
4 or 5 days per week, 8:30am-4:30pm
One weekend per month
Call required with 1:4 rotation
Requirements
Board Certified in both hematology and oncology
DEA certification
Required Procedures / Skills
Medical oncology and hematology clinical care consistent with training and licensure
Assignment Details
Outpatient, free-standing cancer center setting
EMR: Epic
Average outpatient volume: 10-15 patients per day
Inpatient rounding only when patients are admitted for chemotherapy
Three physicians currently in practice
Two APPs providing coverage
Call includes seven days with one weekend in a 1:4 rotation
Trauma level 3
Reason for coverage: physician retirement and relocations
Practice mix approximately 20% hematology and 80% oncology
Radiation oncology support available during coverage
