Board Certified Hematology - highly preferred
Active Virginia License
BLS

Assignment Details Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
Trauma Level: Level III
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
70% oncology and 30% hematology; no internal medicine
One physician in practice; no APP support
Average Number of Patients Per Day - Outpatient: 12-25
Average Number of Patients Per Day - Hospital: 2-8
