Full-time coverage required with a minimum of 2 weeks per month and minimum 36 hours per weekTwo consecutive weeks per month required for the first three months of assignmentShift options include 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts with schedules ranging from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, or 7:00 PMSupervised practice model within a tertiary care hospital settingCare Team Model with 4:1 support ratio and 24-hour Anesthesia Aid Department available for room turnover and suppliesPatient population includes ages 12 and older across adolescent, adult, and geriatric populationsCRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinalsSpecialized care procedures within a Level III tertiary facilityEMR system: Epic (experience required)Beeper call available on some Saturdays (12-hour) and weeknights (8 or 12-hour); occasional overnight shifts on weeknights and/or weekends are welcomed but not requiredMust reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be consideredMinnesota is not a compact state; Minnesota Board of Nursing licensure required for both RN and CRNA credentialsACLS/BLS (Tier 2 - Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required upon hireMinimum of 1 year of CRNA experience requiredSkills checklist required at time of submissionFacility:
