Key Responsibilities
- Interpret diagnostic imaging studies remotely across multiple modalities: CT, MRI, X-ray, and ultrasound
- Produce timely, accurate reports and meet established turnaround expectations
- Communicate critical findings per facility protocols
- Collaborate with referring clinicians and clinical staff as needed
- Maintain quality and documentation standards
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology
- Active state medical license or ability to obtain one
- DEA typically not required (varies by facility)
- Fellowship training welcomed but not required unless specified
- Experience with PACS, RIS, and voice-recognition dictation systems
- Strong communication and time-management skills
