Location: Waterloo & Cedar Falls, IA
Setting: Hospital-based No Clinic Responsibilities
Coverage Needed:
Sept 14 Sept 28
Nov 6 Nov 9
Dec 14 Dec 28
Highlights:
On-call only (24-hour call coverage)
Inpatient care at two facilities (Waterloo & Cedar Falls)
No clinic duties
Epic EMR
Support from 4 Orthopedic Surgeons & 4 APPs
Treat trauma, fractures, spine, joints, sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions & more
Travel reimbursed (flight, hotel, rental car & mileage)
Requirements:
️ Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
️ Active Iowa License or Active IMLC (LOQ accepted)
️ Fellowship Trained in Orthopedic Surgery
️ Experienced Orthopedic Surgeon
️ Must be available for the listed coverage blocks
️ Clean malpractice/background
️ NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days)
