We're seeking an experienced Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon for an exciting locum opportunity with a busy Level III Trauma program serving Davenport, IA and Silvis, IL.
Location: Davenport, IA & Silvis, IL
Position: Locum Physician Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
Opportunity Highlights
ASAP Start
7 10 shifts per month
24-hour call shifts (7 AM 7 AM)
100% Hospital-Based
No clinic responsibilities
Daily OR access
️ Collaborative orthopedic team with dedicated APP and nursing support
Practice Details
Cover orthopedic trauma cases and same-day surgical add-ons
Level III Trauma Center
24-hour pager call with a 30-minute response time
Coverage includes both Davenport and Silvis campuses (13 miles apart)
Work alongside:
• 8 Orthopedic Physicians
• 8 Advanced Practice Providers
Cerner EMR
No outpatient clinic responsibilities
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship Trained in Orthopedics
Active IA & IL Licenses or Active IMLC (LOQ required if applicable)
Experienced Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
Willing to provide coverage at both Davenport & Silvis locations
Clean malpractice/background history
Current NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days)
