  • Orthopedic Surgeon , Per Diem
  • Dates: August 8-10
  • 24-Hour Call
  • In-Patient/Out-Patient
  • Arizona license required before start; IMLC LOQ accepted.
  • Cases/Procedures: Average surgical cases are 2 per day. Provider must manage pelvic and acetabular fractures and pediatrics. APP first assisting not available, scrub techs available in OR for case completion.
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Location: Arizona
