  • Position: Interventional Radiology Technician (IR Tech)
  • Specialty: Interventional Radiology with neuro/stroke experience required
  • Work shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • On call: 3:30 PM - 7:00 AM weekdays, 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM weekends
  • On call frequency: every other week (10-15 days per month)

    Additional Details
  • Must provide American Heart Association BLS certification
  • License/certificate verification must be dated within 30 days of start
  • Must provide current non-expired TDAP vaccine or declination if no pediatric interaction
  • 10 panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
  • Must complete Trinity Code of Conduct Form, I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, MVR, Skills Checklist, Profile, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, OFAC
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccine or declination/exemption required
  • Proof of MMR vaccination or IgG titer required
  • Fit Test required
  • Hepatitis B vaccination series required (titers not accepted)
  • Proof of Influenza vaccine or declination/exemption required
  • 2 Step PPD or IGRA required with chest xray if positive TB
  • Proof of Varicella vaccination or IgG titer required
  • Physical/Health Statement within last year required
