Warehouse Associate
East Windsor, NJ
$20.00/hour
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
This is a first-shift opportunity offering consistent weekday hours in a clean, team-oriented warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming inventory.
- Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment safely.
- Audit outbound shipments to ensure order accuracy.
- Perform barcode scanning, data entry, and inventory transactions using RF scanners.
- Complete serialization processes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify and report damaged, missing, or overage products.
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment, reporting any issues.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Follow all company SOPs, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or order picking experience preferred.
- Basic math and computer/data entry skills.
- Experience using RF scanners is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to complete company equipment certification and training.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment after training.
- Follow all PPE and warehouse safety requirements.
