DIVISION CHIEF PEDIATRIC PALLIATIVE CARE Dayton, Ohio Position Highlights : Build a Pediatric Palliative Care program across inpatient and outpatient settings Opportunity to shape program development, quality initiatives, and strategy Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to provide compassionate, family-centered care for children Favorable call schedule - 1 week/month Flexible scheduling that supports exceptional work-life balance Teaching opportunities through Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine Compensation & Benefits : 80% clinical time/ 20% admin Base salary range starts at $227,000 + Leadership stipend + incentive eligible Generous PTO leave - 33 days CME allowance $5,500 + 5 CME days Comprehensive benefits package Qualifications : MD or DO Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine Desire or strong interest in program development and mentorship About the Community City where big ideas become reality!
