Coverage Needed

  • Start Date: As soon as credentialed
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a to 9p, and 7a to 7a on weekends and holidays
    • Full time
    • No call

Clinical Details

  • Care Team Model: 3 Sites of Service 5 days per week with CRNAs
  • 1 MD and 3 APPs

Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
